Man stabbed in apartment attack

A man has been stabbed several times at an apartment in south Belfast.

The man, aged in his 20s, was attacked in the Park Royal apartments on the Lisburn Road at around 1215 BST on Saturday.

It is understood the victim left the apartment and was helped by a taxi-driver close to the King's Hall. He is in a stable condition in hospital.

The police said the circumstances of the incident were still being established.
