The family were advised that Stephen should be put on the transplant list as soon as possible as his next collapse could be fatal. The siblings are now the picture of health. He said: "I now require a transplant but because I am older its more complicated. We have to make a decision soon about what do do." He said: "Sitting here right now I feel not bad but I cannot work or doing anything strenuous.
