There are also reports of blockages at junction 10 for Wisley in Surrey and 1b for Dartford in Kent. Surrey Police said it was in attendance and had made 15 arrests.

Surrey Police said it was overseeing a protest that was reported just after 08:00 BST on Wednesday and that there were a number of protesters from Insulate Britain and Extinction Rebellion at junctions eight and 10.
It has advised motorists to avoid the area.
Kent Highways said there were delays at Dartford at junction 1a for the Dartford Tunnel and 1b for Princes Road due to an "ongoing police-led incident". It advised motorists to approach the area with caution and allow extra time for journeys.
