A two-year-old boy has died after falling from a fairground ride. A two-year-old boy has died after being hit by a fairground ride in north London.

The boy was with his mother and father when he was injured on Tuesday night. He was taken to hospital but pronounced dead on arrival. It is thought the toddler managed to leave the bouncy castle where he was playing and get on to the rails of the Go-Gator ride where he was struck.
The Health and Safety Executive is investigating and a post-mortem examination is due to take place. No-one has been arrested. The boy was with his mother and father when he was injured. He was taken to hospital but died on arrival.
Fairground closed Ray Smith, a spokesman for the funfair, said: "Nobody saw the little boy until the train hit him.
A Metropolitan Police spokeswoman said: "Police were called at about 1945 BST yesterday to reports of a child fallen from a fairground ride at Ducketts Common, Turnpike Lane. Every child that goes to a funfair should come home from the funfair Ray Smith
