A 21-year-old man, who was walking with him, was then seriously assaulted with a knife by men who got out of the car. Police said the incident, which happened at about 1630 BST on Wednesday on Lochburn Road, Maryhill, was "completely unprovoked". The victims were both badly injured and are being treated at Glasgow's Royal Infirmary. It is believed the suspects made off in the car towards Maryhill Road. There are no descriptions of the suspects or the car. Det Insp Simon Midgley from Maryhill CID said: "This vicious attack was completely unprovoked and both men have been left badly injured. "This area is often busy with motorists and pedestrians and I'm hopeful someone may have seen or heard something." |
