Version 0 of 1.

The three-man crew of a tug had to be rescued when their vessel capsized and sank at the entrance to Peterhead harbour early on Sunday morning.

The Dutch-registered tug had been acting as a brake for a barge being towed into the port when it overturned.

The local lifeboat and coastguard teams were scrambled, but the men were rescued by the crew of a second tug.

No-one was injured. The tug remained partially submerged before sinking in 25m of water.
