Mr Talbot said streams would be integrated into the main chart when they become "a very big part of the way people consume music going forward" and fans were buying fewer tracks as a result. There was currently no sign of a slow-down in single sales, Mr Talbot said. Some 115 million singles were sold last year - compared with a low point of 30 million in 2003.
