Police have named a 47-year-old man who died when his kayak overturned in the sea off the coast of Angus. | |
Philip Low from the Kirriemuir area was one of two kayakers who capsized in Lunan Bay, late on Saturday afternoon. | |

One of the kayakers made it the 100-150 metres back to shore with both boats, but Mr Low was swept out to sea and died. | |
