Plane overshoots airport runway Delays after Luton plane incident

A private aircraft has overshot the runway at Luton Airport leading to the suspension of all flights. Passengers at Luton airport are being advised to check for possible delays after a private plane overshot the runway.
Passengers have been advised that flights have been suspended on Wednesday night. Rescue crews were called to the scene on Wednesday evening after a Cessna Citation suffered "hydraulic failure".
A spokesman from Easyjet, which is based in Luton, said flights that could be diverted to Stansted Airport, Essex, would be. No-one was injured but it led to the suspension of flights into and out of the Bedfordshire airport.

Bedfordshire Fire Service confirmed that a light aircraft, a Cessna Citation, overshot the runway after hydraulic problems.
The two people on board were uninjured. Pieces of wreckage had to be cleared from the runway.
