The trial of Peter Tobin, who is accused of killing an 18-year-old woman, has been adjourned for another 24 hours due to his illness.

The defendant, 62, is on trial at Chelmsford Crown Court in Essex accused of the murder of Dinah McNicol.

Tobin, of Renfrewshire, Scotland, denies murdering Miss McNicol.

The trial was adjourned for seven days last Monday after the defendant was diagnosed with shingles and it has now been delayed for another 24 hours.
