A 14-year-old boy has been seriously injured in an alleged attack involving a man at his school, police have said. A teacher has been held by police on suspicion of assaulting a 14-year-old boy at a school in Nottinghamshire.

All Saints' School opened in 1974 and has 1,170 pupils on the roll, including a Sixth Form of 200 along with a teaching staff of over 70.
The school is a Specialist Performing Arts College and has took possession of a performing arts block in September 2004.
