Teen faces court on murder charge Man is remanded on murder charge

An 18-year-old youth has been charged with murder. An 18-year-old man has been charged with murder at Newry Magistrates' Court.
He is due to appear in court in Newry at 1900 BST on Monday evening. Adrian Gregory Cunningham of Lisgullion Park, Newry, was accused of the murder of Marek Muszynski, 40, last week.
It is understood that the charge relates to the death of a 40-year-old Polish man. Three other people are being questioned about the killing. Mr Cunningham spoke only in court to confirm his birth date. A detective told the court he believed he could connect the accused with the murder.
Marek Muszynski was found dead in a laneway at Upper Edward Street in the city at about 0035 BST on Tuesday 7 July. He was remanded in custody until 22 July.
Among those being questioned is a 44-year-old woman who was arrested on suspicion of perverting the course of justice.
