He received the fine for using threatening words and behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
Seva and Jordan had arranged the party in the two flats which are part of a house which had been previously converted.
During the night, the front gate was damaged while the street was littered with glass and rubbish.

The party was held in two converted flats in a house. A neighbour, Deborah Hunter, said: "We came home after an evening out and were confronted by hundreds of youths - male and female - spilling out on to the street.
