Police are continuing to investigate the deaths of an elderly woman and a man found at a flat in Edinburgh. Detectives are investigating a suspected murder and suicide after the bodies of a man and an elderly woman were found at a flat in Edinburgh.
The bodies, believed to be a mother and son, were discovered in Dean Village on Monday night after a call from a member of the public. The 43-year-old man, named locally as Brian Rockall, is understood to have taken his own life. It is thought he killed his mother.
