Second death a month after fire

A suspected arson attack which killed a 15-year-old girl in south-west London has claimed the life of another family member, police have confirmed.

Nabiha Masud, 21, was taken to hospital after the fire in Lessingham Avenue, Tooting, on 21 June, but died from her injuries at 0435 BST on Saturday.

Her younger sister Maleha, 15, died days after the blaze. Another sibling, aged 17, is in a critical condition.

A 14-year-old boy from south London has been charged with murder.

He will appear at the Old Bailey on 17 September.
