Stephen Baldwin, a builder who was working near the scene of the incident, said he and co-workers heard a man shouting and a girl swearing at around 1230 BST. | |

"They were going from and around the car park and they stopped the cars from leaving and when they eventually let them out they were taking their number plates. | |
