The family of a 15-year-old who drowned in a disused quarry on the edge of Edinburgh has paid tribute to the boy who "touched the hearts of many". | |
Daniel Steedman, from Kirkliston, was swimming with three other youngsters in Humbie Quarry, Kirkliston, at about 1700 BST on Thursday. | |

In a statement, Daniel's family said: "Daniel was outgoing. He enjoyed life and lived it the way he wanted to. | |
