Drugs haul is seized in city raid

A substantial quantity of ecstasy tablets has been seized by police following the search of a property in north Belfast.

The search took place at a house in Parkmount Street in the York Road area on Saturday afternoon.

Remnants of cannabis plants and other drugs paraphernalia were also found inside the property.

A police spokeswoman said inquiries into the incident are continuing. There have been no arrests.
