Probe into industrial unit death

An investigation has been launched after a man aged 60 was discovered dead at the industrial unit where he worked.

Gwent Police were called to the Moulded Paper Company on Newbridge Road Industrial Estate, Pontllanfraith, Caerphilly, at midday on Tuesday.

Three fire crews, including a team with specialist rescue equipment, also attended the incident.

The building was evacuated while an inquiry was carried out. The Health and Safety Executive has been notified.
