A BA spokesman said flight BA010, which flew from Sydney to Heathrow, via Bangkok, suffered a "minor technical fault" with its hydraulic system. The aircraft landed safely at about 0645 BST on Sunday and was towed to a stand at Terminal 3 as a precaution. The spokesman said: "The safety of customers, crew and aircraft is of paramount importance." Passengers were kept on board the aircraft for at least an hour after landing, and engineers were due to begin examining the fault after the plane had been emptied, the spokesman added. |
