"Sadly Kerry died of a known complication associated with this type of major surgery. Kerry would have been aware of the possibility of this complication and the consequences. There is no indication that there was anything untoward with the procedure that was carried out. | |
"We offer our condolences to Kerry's family at what must be a difficult time." |
