A man has died after a car overturned into a river in the early hours of Sunday. A man has been arrested after the small van he was driving overturned into a river, killing one of the passengers.
South Wales Fire Service said three other people who were in the vehicle were taken to hospital by ambulance. The victim, a 21-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene at the junction of Ewenny Road and Bridgend Road in Maesteg, Bridgend.
