Woman charged over caravan shots

A 55-year-old woman is to appear in court charged with attempted murder.

The charges are believed to relate to the firing of a number of shots at a caravan in the Glen Road Heights area of west Belfast on Saturday evening.

She is expected to appear before Belfast Magistrates Court on Monday.

A 17-year-old man is due to appear before the city's youth court on an attempted murder charge in connection with the same incident.

Glen Road Heights is a site used by members of the Traveller community.
