Man killed after train incident

A man was killed when he was struck by a train in Carmarthenshire on Saturday night.

The incident, which involved a Manchester to Pembroke Dock train, closed the line for two hours shortly after 2100 BST.

The man was hit by the train at Coed Farm, Ferryside.

Dyfed-Powys Police and British Transport Police have launched an investigation but say there are no suspicious circumstances.
