Mr Aslan's solicitor, Pierre Bartlett, was unavailable for comment, but has previously said they are "fully co-operating with the authorities." He said environmental health officials had made "one or two" recommendations following the outbreak and these had already been complied with.
He added that Mr Aslan had 17 years in the food trade and he and his assistant both had hygiene certificates.
