A fire service statement said: “We’re able to confirm this incident involves the spillage of an unidentified substance in a six-storey property on Bull Street. The service later said: “We’re pleased to confirm this incident is now finished. The substance was identified as not hazardous to the public. Our crews will soon be leaving the scene and Bull Street will be reopened.”
“The affected building was fully evacuated with cordons set up around the area.
