Masked men shoot teenager in leg

A teenage boy is in hospital after he was shot at his home in Belfast.

Four masked men broke into the property on Glasvey Drive, in Twinbrook, at about 2200 BST on Monday.

The 17-year-old was shot in his ankle. His arm was also injured. No one else was in the house at the time of the shooting.

Detectives in Lisburn are working to establish a motive and have appealed for anyone with information to contact them on 0845 6008000.
