A woman from Northern Ireland has died and her husband has been injured in a motorcycle accident while on holiday in Germany. | |

The accident happened on Saturday and Mrs Armour, a civil servant in her 40s, died in hospital on Monday. | |
Councillor Jim Brown, who knows the couple, said it was a terrible tragedy. | |
"It's an absolutely horrendous event," he said. | |
"The fact that it has happened so far away has made it all the more terrible for the family." | |
The Foreign and Commonwealth Office have said they were providing consular assistance to the family. |
