Mr Jahingir lost control of his silver Vauxhall Corsa and veered across Herries Road.
He narrowly missed a bus before crashing into bushes.
The driver of the bus went to help and was joined by a paramedic but Mr Jahingir was pronounced dead at the scene.
The brothers, Mohim Khan, of Handsworth Road; Mukid Khan, of Ribston Walk, and Munaim Khan, of Gainsford Road, all Sheffield, were charged on Tuesday evening with conspiracy to murder.
