A man living in County Antrim who is considered a high risk sex offender has had restrictions imposed on his movements.

The restrictions on the man, who is living in Larne, are in place to protect the public.

He cannot get into a car with a woman without police approval and cannot have a relationship with a woman unless he reveals his previous convictions.

In 2000, the man was convicted of raping a woman whom he drugged.
