The island's assembly member Ieuan Wyn Jones, is to officially launch the project with a speech on the importance of coastal facilities to tourism. Council leader Clive McGregor said the island had suffered a tough time but he was confident it would "bolster our efforts to kick-start the economy".
The project is being funded by the European Union, the Welsh Assembly Government and Anglesey council. The project is funded by the EU, council and assembly government.
Improving accessibility, coastal infrastructure and information for people to enhance their experience of the Anglesey coast will be part of the project.
