"Her death has come so tragically, while she was at play," he said. | |
"A thing that every child loves to do, to play, and for her to die during her play is a massive shock and loss for you, her immediate family, and for this entire community." | |
Tia was taken to hospital on Thursday following the fall, but died a short time later. Police said she may have been electrocuted. |
