Police investigating allegations of abuse at a Nottinghamshire nursery have arrested a third person. Police investigating injuries to children at a Nottinghamshire nursery have made an arrest over an alleged sexual assault.

Last week two people were arrested and released on police bail, while three were questioned under caution. Officers received information on Friday about an alleged sexual assault earlier this year.
The person arrested has been questioned and released on police bail.
A Child Abuse Investigation Unit spokesman said: "This is a new line of inquiry from information given to detectives last week. Prior to this neither Nottinghamshire police nor Ofsted were aware of any alleged sexual offences having taken place at the nursery."
