Courage under fire
He joined 2nd Battalion The Duke of Lancaster's Regiment - known as "Lions of England" - in May 2008 after attending the Infantry Training School in Catterick.

After further training in Cyprus, Kingsman Dunn-Bridgeman volunteered to move across to Blenheim Company, knowing that this could mean he would be among the first in the regiment to be deployed to Afghanistan.
Known as "Dunny", Kingsman Dunn-Bridgeman's principal role was as a member of the four-man clearance team responsible for finding insurgent-laid improvised explosive devices.
Lt Col Robbie Boyd, Commanding Officer of 2nd Battalion The Duke of Lancaster's Regiment, said Kingsman Jason Dunn-Bridgeman demonstrated courage under fire several times.
"A real character who was extremely popular, he will be sadly missed by his friends who are about to deploy from Cyprus and also by his comrades whom he fought alongside in Afghanistan. England - as well as the Battalion - has lost a lion."
Defence Secretary Bob Ainsworth MP, said: "I was very saddened to learn of the death of Kingsman Jason Dunn-Bridgeman, a young serviceman respected for his humour and quick wit as well as for his ability and professionalism as a soldier."
