Jones scores UK's 800th top album

Singer Norah Jones' latest release Not Too Late has become the 800th album to reach the top spot in the UK charts.

The US performer's third album narrowly outsold "new rave" band The Klaxons, whose debut record Myths of the Near Future entered the chart at two.

Jones' previous records, Come Away With Me and Feels Like Home, reached the top spot in 2002 and 2004 respectively.

Flamboyant newcomer Mika remains number one in the singles chart for the third consecutive week with Grace Kelly.

The Beirut-born, London-based singer topped the BBC's Sound of 2007 poll. The Klaxons, also based in the capital, came third.
