A woman has died after falling on a mountainside at Idwal Slabs in Snowdonia. A woman thought to have been walking alone has died after falling on the mountainside in Snowdonia.

North Wales Police were alerted by a member of a party, who were not accompanying the woman, who reported that she might have fallen. Ogwen Valley Mountain Rescue team member Chris Lloyd said she was seen to fall by others on the mountain.
