Man charged over care home rape

A teenager has been charged with the rape and kidnap of an 86-year-old woman at a care home in West Yorkshire.

Police said the elderly victim was assaulted at a care home in the Buttershaw area of Bradford in the early hours of 15 September.

Dale Gary Boocock, 19, from the Woodside area of Bradford, has been charged with rape and kidnap.

West Yorkshire Police said he would appear at Bradford Magistrates' Court on Thursday.
