The fourth woman is continuing to receive treatment for injuries which include cuts to her hands and body. Her condition is stable, and her injuries are not life-threatening.
The woman, who does not want to be identified, gave this statement: "I was shaken, shocked and frightened. It's hard to describe how I felt. Everybody started running around me and I felt quite calm, but I didn't really know what had happened."

A cordon has been put in place around the scene of the DVLA blast and access roads have been closed.
A South Wales Police spokeswoman said three people were being treated for injuries after the "small letter-type explosion" in Swansea.
She added: "One woman has sustained minor burns and two other women have sustained hearing-related injuries."
