The police cordon would remain in place at the scene with officers continuing to have a presence in the area on Monday.
The incident has been referred to the Independent Office of Police Conduct (IOPC) due to police contact at the address on 14 December, relating to a missing person enquiry.
Norfolk Police confirmed it had referred itself a second time to the IOPC for not deploying officers in relation to a 999 call made at 06:00 from a man at the address, prior to the dead bodies being found.
