Crews tackle fire at three houses 'Family escape' from house fire

More than 20 firefighters are tackling a blaze at three terraced houses in Loughor, near Swansea. A fire at three terraced houses in Loughor, near Swansea has been put out by fire crews.
Four crews were called to the scene at Heol Maes y Cerreg at 1221 BST where they said the houses were well alight. Reports from the scene indicate that a family escaped uninjured from the fire but that one house has been completely gutted.
The Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service said it was thought the fire started in one house before spreading to adjoining properties. More than 20 firefighters tackled the fire at Heol Maes y Cerrig after they were called to the scene at 1221 BST.
