Version 0 of 1.

The jury in the case of a former royal harpist charged with burglary has been discharged at Gloucester Crown Court.

The jury was dismissed for legal reasons and a new trial in the case of Jemima Phillips, from St Briavels, and her boyfriend is to be set.

Ms Phillips, 28, originally from Ebbw Vale, Blaenau Gwent, denies burglary and handling stolen property.

Her boyfriend, William Davies, 41, of Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, also denies burglary.

Mr Davies was remanded in custody and Ms Phillips, who played at the wedding of the Prince of Wales and Camilla Parker Bowles, was granted bail.

The charges relate to house burglaries said to have taken place in the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire, in May.
