Reporting from the Post Office Inquiry A July 2013 email from Martin Edwards includes a briefing note for a meeting with Lord Arbuthnot. Blake asks Crichton if she recalls being part of the group responsible for drafting the briefing note. She says she doesn't remember it, but "obviously I was".
Susan Crichton has been talking about her role when she joined the Post Scrolling through the note, Blake points to a paragraph that says, "we know of two system exceptions (anomalies)" under the current Horizon IT system.

sub-postmasters - with an independent review starting to happen.
Crichton wanted them ceased
but there is no email evidence so far of her raising any concerns with anyone - and she
can’t remember what she exactly said or did.
