Emergency services have evacuated an area around an engineering firm in Lisburn because of concerns of a gas explosion.

The move follows a fire at the premises on the Moira Road.

A Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said the area was cordoned off because of the possibility that gas cylinders may explode.

The Moira Road has been closed and diversions are expected to be in place for 24 hours.
