A Ukrainian UAV strike has injured two people, hitting a multistory residential building in Rostov-on-Don during an overnight raid, Rostov Region Governor Yuri Slusar has said. Russian air defenses are repelling a Ukrainian attack in several cities and the broader Rostov Region, he added. The UAV has caused “an explosion” on the 17th floor of the high-rise building, he wrote on Telegram on Friday evening.
One of the drones struck the 17th floor of a high-rise apartment building in the regional capital, Slusar said.  “According to preliminary data, there are no casualties. Two people have been injured. The information is being clarified,” he wrote.
