Firefighters tackle blaze at shed Shed is cordoned off after blaze

A number of houses in Donaghadee have been evacuated while firefighters tackle a blaze at a nearby shed. A shed containing gas cylinders which went on fire in Donaghadee, County Down, remains cordoned off.
The building on Ballyvester Road contains a number of gas cylinders, one of which is believed to be acetylene. Firefighters were called to a blaze at the building on the Ballyvester Road no Saturday afternoon.
A 200 metre exclusion zone has been put in place around the shed. The owner of the shed was treated for minor burns to his hands and residents in nine nearby houses had to spend the night away from their homes.
