Call centre firm creates 200 jobs
http://news.bbc.co.uk/go/rss/-/1/hi/england/humber/8373126.stm Version 0 of 1. A company is to create 200 new jobs at a new call centre in Hull. Res-Q's expansion plans have been given £465,000 from regional development agency Yorkshire Forward, through its Grant for Business Investment scheme. The firm started in 2005 with 12 staff and now employs 170 people at its base in Carr Lane. The new posts, which will be created over the next two years, will be based at a new centre at The Maltings in Silvester Street. Managing director Nic Marshall said support from development agency Hull Forward and Hull City Council had been "key in gaining the funding, which required a rigorous and lengthy assessment of the business and its future intentions". |
