Meanwhile, in a separate incident, a 20-year-old man has died in an accident in County Donegal. Meanwhile, one man has been taken to hospital following a crash on the Toome bypass in County Antrim.
It happened on the main Londonderry to Moville road at Quigleys Point at about 0230 GMT on Saturday. It is understood the victim was from Derry's Waterside. It is believed the car involved hit the edge of a roundabout before ending up on its roof.
Motorists are also being warned of possible delays following a three car collision on the Belfast to Bangor road, close to the Culloden Hotel.
