Jack Cummings, the fastest male marathon runner, said: "The support around the course was like nothing I've ever experienced before. It was insane." Tom Charles claimed victory in the main marathon with a time of 02:28:14, followed by Mohamed Abshir with 02:29:29 and Joe Sagar in 02:30:39.
In the women's race, Melissah Gibson was with 02:42:17, Kate Corcoran finished second with 02:57:44 and Ruth Sinclair was third with 03:04:20.
