Chip was let off the leash to make the discovery at a property in Northwoods, Harlow, on Friday. Officers from Essex Police also found items believed to be Class A and Class B drugs, as well as "offensive weapons". They arrested a man, 19, and a 38-year-old woman on suspicion of drug and weapons offences, later releasing them on bail pending further inquiries.
