Traffic is backed up around the city centre
Traffic is queued back to the Grosvenor Road on the Westlink and this is causing congestion around Millfield College Avenue and Fisherwick Place.
There are queues into the city on Sydenham bypass, which is closed at the M3 and there are queues back to Tillysburn.
Traffic is also congested around Bridge End, Short Strand, Newtownards Road to the Middlepath Street onslip as well as into the city centre.
